The cost for a 3 layer Elite Level dental grade is $110.

The 2 layer Pro level is $99.

The price for an ELITE LEVEL boil n bite is $45 with unlimited graphics.

Team/Gym logo boil n bites pricing depends on quantity and graphics.

After we recieve payment if you order a boil n bite we design your graphics make your guard and ship it.

If you order a dental grade custom we send you a dental impression kit. You carefully read the instructions and watch our video. Then you take your impression and ship it back to us along with your design ideas. We take the impression and make a model of your teeth and gums. We build the mouthguard using the model of your teeth and gums. Then we design your personalized graphics from your design ideas and send you back your new Klench mouthguard.

We use only the best Polyshok and Proform materials combined with Thermoforming Technology to create the perfect fit, comfort and most of all protection. They are pressure laminated and available in 2 or 3 layers with each layer either 3mm or 4mm thick. The heating and pressure process reduces the thickness by 30%. So our 2 layer is typically 3.5 to 4mm thick and our 3 layer is between 5.5 and 7mm thick.
